Meet Joan Sloan
Founder | President
Joan is a highly accomplished philanthropist with extensive experience leading impactful fundraising campaigns across diverse causes. With a unique background in working alongside the National Football League (NFL) and renowned organizations like Make-A-Wish America, she has successfully raised substantial funds to improve the lives of women, children, and underserved communities globally.
Throughout her career, Joan has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including raising funds for children with critical illnesses through Make-A-Wish, organizing JC Penney’s winter coat drives, and coordinating the Pittsburgh Steelers Annual Blood Drive Fashion Show. As the philanthropist and owner of the John and Joan Jackson Foundation, she has overseen the collection of sports memorabilia for scholarships, assisted in homebuilding projects for underprivileged families, and administered grants for students to receive essential educational tools like laptops. Additionally, she has contributed to major charitable causes, such as Oprah Winfrey’s “Angel Network,” Boys and Girls of America, and Habitat for Humanity, demonstrating her deep commitment to social good.
Joan’s current philanthropic mission is internationally recognized in Accra, Ghana. She has adopted the Susie Bray Memorial International School, where she advocates for raising funds to provide educational resources, transportation, school supplies, food, and improvements to the school grounds.

Vice President
Caroline Anderson is deeply passionate about guiding individuals to unlock their God-given destinies through knowledge and understanding of their spiritual identity in Jesus Christ. Her dedication to faith is complemented by a wealth of professional expertise in executive support, project management, and event coordination within the humanitarian and international development sectors.
Her extensive experience has enabled her to effectively lead and deliver high-profile initiatives with excellence. Caroline is also highly regarded for her skills as a writer, advisor, and manager, having spearheaded numerous projects aimed at increasing engagement and showcasing organizational achievements.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Caroline has traveled extensively throughout Africa, the American Southwest, Central and South America, and Europe. She is an alumna of Arizona State University and is currently pursuing her MA in Organizational Management further enhancing her capabilities in leadership and strategic management.

With a rich background as an Apostolic Faith Teacher, an Evangelical-Charismatic Preacher, and a motivational speaker, he has dedicated over 40 years of his life to the preaching and teaching of God's unadulterated Word.
Bishop Dusan Pobee's ministry, Transformed Life Ministries International, is a vibrant community of churches located in both Ghana and the USA. It serves as a hub for faith-building, emotional intelligence development, and spiritual intelligence growth. Through his leadership, Bishop Dusan Pobee strives to equip believers and saints with the necessary tools to effectively serve God's Kingdom and contribute to its expansion.
